The Achievements of the Authority 

On the administration and service levels, the Authority has made significant strides highlighted in following points: 

ISO Certification 

The authority managed to cope with the information revolution, since information technology became a milestone of the modern age; hence, the authority has adopted certain advanced scientific approaches to modernize its systems to catch-up the mainstream in terms of completing its projects (re-engineering the information technology), in this, it secured ISO award in 2004. 

The code of the Authority is used as a reference to the unified code for the GCC States
In an acknowledgement to the pioneering experience of the Public Authority for Minors Affairs in Kuwait, the five States of GCC quoted the Authority code since it viewed as a good example to follow at the region level, therefore, the law on establishment became the corner stone of the unified code for the GCC States.

Holding the first place of the institutional excellence award 

The Authority secured the institutional excellence award that has been organized by the Secretariat of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs at the public authorities and state-run institutions and its various organizations in 1999. 

Holding the first place of the administrative creativity award 

The Authority secured the award of the administrative creativity competition in the events of the first meeting for the development and training organized by the Ministry of Communications under the auspices of Minister of Electricity and Water. 

Holding the first place in the competition of the administrative trophy 

The Authority secured the first places in the competition of the administrative trophy, which organized by Al-Qabas Newspaper, this competition aimed to monitor and promote the successful administrative experiments at the ministries, authorities and institutions levels countrywide.
